Esports World Cup 2024 Schedule. Opening Stage
The first Counter-Strike 2 tournament after the summer break will start on July 17.
As part of the Opening Stage of the Esports World Cup 2024, there will be 7 best-of-3 matches, determining which 14 teams will advance to the playoffs and play-in. The losing teams will move to the play-in, where they will join JiJieHao, while the 7 winners will proceed to the single-elimination playoffs.
In the play-in, 8 teams will be seeded into a single-elimination bracket with best-of-1 matches, competing for 1 playoff spot.
All playoff matches will be best-of-3 and will conclude on July 21. The tournament's prize pool is $1,000,000, with the winner receiving $400,000.
